Leviton LB120-DFT 20 Amp Single-Pole Dual Function AFCI/GFCI Circuit Breaker, Plug-On
Leviton LB120-DFT 20 Amp Single-Pole Dual Function AFCI/GFCI Circuit Breaker, Plug-On
Couldn't load pickup availability
The Leviton LB120-DFT is a brand new 20 Amp, 1-pole, 120V dual function AFCI/GFCI circuit breaker for Leviton load centers. One breaker gives you two kinds of protection: arc-fault protection against electrical fires and ground-fault protection against electric shock, plus standard thermal-magnetic overload and short-circuit protection.
Two Protections in One Breaker
Kitchens and laundry areas often need both AFCI and GFCI protection. Instead of pairing an AFCI breaker with a GFCI receptacle, the LB120-DFT covers both in one device, right at the panel. Fewer parts, a cleaner install, and the whole circuit is protected.
All Plug-On: No Pigtails, No Breaker Wiring
Leviton's all plug-on design means the circuit wires land on the load center, not on the breaker. The breaker simply plugs in. The whole panel can be wired at rough-in before any breakers are installed.
Smart Trip Indicators
Separate AF and GF LEDs show whether an arc fault or a ground fault tripped the breaker, and they stay lit even after the trip. Leviton's reset lockout keeps the breaker from resetting if arc-fault or ground-fault protection has been compromised.
Features
- Dual function: combination AFCI + Class A GFCI protection
- 20A, 1-pole, 120VAC, 10kA interrupting rating
- Thermal-magnetic trip for overload and short-circuit protection
- Designed for improved immunity to nuisance tripping
- All plug-on installation: no pigtail, no wires on the breaker
- AF and GF LED indicators that stay lit after a trip
- Reset lockout if protection is compromised
- Rocker-style switch, easier to operate than a standard toggle
- HACR rated, UL Listed
- Brand new
Size
1" wide, about 3 7/8" tall, and 3 1/8" deep. It takes one space in a Leviton load center.
Uses
Kitchens, laundry rooms, and other 20A dwelling circuits where both AFCI and GFCI protection are required, wired with 12 AWG copper.
Most Common Use
Kitchen countertop and laundry circuits in homes with a Leviton load center, where current code calls for both arc-fault and ground-fault protection. Requirements vary by local code.
Important: A 20A breaker must be used with 12 AWG copper wire or larger. Never install a 20A breaker on a circuit wired with 14 AWG wire.
Compatibility: This breaker is designed for Leviton load centers only. It does not fit Square D, Eaton, Siemens, GE, or other brands' panels. Check the label inside your panel door before ordering. If you're unsure, send us a photo of your panel label and we'll help you confirm the fit.
